I recently had the pleasure of visiting AC BMW, and I was impressed by most of the experience. The service department was professional. They gave me detailed updates on my vehicle and made recommendations without being pushy..

Overall I didnt like the service. When I first got to the dealership no one came out to greet me. They pressured me about the check my bank was sending them for the vehicle I purchased but unfortunately I wont be purchasing another vehicle this place.

Thank you Joshua Razzi, I had loud noise from the rear of my X5 it turned out to be a rock stuck in the brake dust shroud. I was 100 miles from my home dealer. Josh and BMW of AC got me in quickly late on a Saturday quickly resolved the problem and did some other service the car was due for. They treated me like a life long customer, although I had never been there before. Thanks again for the over and above professional customer service!!!

I had a timed appointment with the dealership for an oil change that they solicited me for it took three hours The car was returned with the radio station changed both mirrors adjusted and oil all over the entire engine bay all over the place it was spotless hours earlier there are puddles of oil. It’s in the serpentine belt on the alternator, and the entire fan is saturated. The used car sale process I experienced was atrocious. Six days after fully paying for the SUV I haven't received a title and all my paperwork shows 141K miles below actual odometer reading. SUV tires were cracked and worn, Maryland State Police deemed they unsafe. The used car service manager stated they passed inspection. I question him, and he's stated if we put new tires on SUV the price would increase. So he placed gains over safety.Wow! Friendly staff and decent selection of new and used cars. Main building is still setting up after construction so not fully ramped up yet. Be careful driving in parking lot while construction finishing up. I ended up getting a nail in my tire which was unfortunate. Additionally, repair/maintenance is currently taking longer than usual. It took them over 3 hours to confirm my windshield washer motor was faulty and tell me they had to order one and couldn’t fix it that day.
