I wasn’t a big fan, but Stan Martin the new Service Director changed my mind. His professionalism and attention to detail was refreshing. I also want to mention Conner, who originally was helping me he is a breath of fresh air. Also, I talked to Jen. She needs to work on her people skills not everyone who drives a BMW has money to burn. But overall, with the help of them two individuals it made for a better experience, I think they are headed in the right direction.

Salesperson Dylan Kott and sales manager Sung Kim were both excellent! They were attentive to my requests and well versed on both the vehicle and financial objectives. The had to travel three hours each way to their dealership, but they were very accommodating and travel time was well worth it!

What a fantastic team including Jen and the young man who helped point me in the right direction and returned my car! Granted, I only went in for maintenance services, but the process was seamless from checking in to picking up my car. The dealership is currently undergoing renovation so I wouldn't recommend waiting onsite, but would definitely recommend BMW of Atlantic City to others!
Recently, I moved and had my BMW serviced at BMW of Atlantic City. Tania was my service advisor, and she was efficient, detailed oriented, caring and helped me with the service that was required. Later that month, unfortunately I lost my vehicle in a flash flood. Best service department whoever the manager is deserves a raise
Scott was my poc on this service visit. I was contacted as soon as my car arrived by tow truck. He updated me the entire time and I did not feel out of the loop. I had an idea of what the issue was and bmw diagnosed, confirmed my assessment and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. There were no loaners available for me but that was okay since the problem was addressed quickly and I was without a car for 1 day. Pick up was a breeze and I was back in my car happy.
Always very helpful and informative. Scott talked me through a flat on Garden State Parkway. Repairs done as promised and in a timely fashion.

Mr. Connor at service department has saved my day, really appreciate, on my way to AC, the low engine oil alarm been reported and reminded me to refill engine oil immediately, Connor has guided me to get the oil from inventory desk and pour the oil to the container. My expectations is waiting there for hours but within 10 minutes my car’s issue got solved, excellent job!

I left this dealership years ago because the service was bad , the employees were jerks , and the care was just not there. In an emergent situation I had to stop in and was greeted immediately with car and concern from Connor. He assessed the car , and gave me a loaner while the techs assessed further. Even gave me a bottle of water. He was in touch with me the entire time my car was being service and explained everything in detail. He was kind and the customer care was extraordinary and certainly different from years ago.

While visiting the area last weekend from NH, my car broke down. I called BMW of Atlantic City and got an appointment that day. Scott Petrus and the service department got my BMW fixed and back on the road within 24 hrs. They were friendly and very responsive to my problem! Great customer service!
