Rip off, we cheat’em and how. I was suppose to get a 49 dollar oil change and filter and a free inspection. I also needed two simple filters, an air filter and a cabin filter.I walked out of there paying close to 400 dollars. Talk about highway robbery.

Had a service appointment scheduled with Kai for 8 am. A work conflict came up last minute and Kai was very helpful working around my schedule to get me in at 11. I was in and out in 90 minutes. The salesman Bill that sold me the car stopped by to say hello when I was waiting. All around pleasant experience.

wasn't my typical service level - I typically go to BMW of Turnersville not AC. 2 + hours for an oil change. $1500 for a spark plug change? online quotes up to 670.00. I was told by Jennifer M 1500.00 clearly I didn't do it. The original price all in for oil chg - spark plug and coolant = 2200.00. oil chg was 220.00 so 2000 for spark plug and coolant. NOPE disappointing all around.

While the service and repair are excellent, the ad for a Mother’s Day special was a bit of the bait and switch. Once the car was in the shop, an additional $900 of “necessary “ repairs rendered the ad price moot.

Overall I didnt like the service. When I first got to the dealership no one came out to greet me. They pressured me about the check my bank was sending them for the vehicle I purchased but unfortunately I wont be purchasing another vehicle this place.
