I would give zero stars if possible. Our encounter with the service department was so disappointing. We brought our car in because we suspected an issue with the wheel sensor. Initial diagnostic testing was run, and the service advisor, Jennifer, called to request an additional 3 hours of diagnostics for over $800. After 3 days of back and forth and not getting any work done on the vehicle, we ended up having the car towed to a private BMW repair shop where the mechanic there determined that the issue was indeed, the wheel sensor. Our new mechanic then proceeded to call BMW of Atlantic City service department to tell them that they could have helped us if they just listened. Then he asked to purchase the replacement part from them, and the service team there told him they would charge him $5000 for a part that costs $900. What a shady business operation! Be advised, if you're going to service your BMW, GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Wait time is very long every time I am there. Came in just to check one tire for a slow leak and was there from 7:30am until 10:15.
BMW ofA C is a great place to buy and service a car. I purchased two cars there and yesterday I had a flat tire and was given a free tow and free Uber Ride to the dealership. I was given a loaner car to use and picked up the car today after purchasing a new tire at a reasonable price. I did price check the tire and their price was comparable Thank you BMW.

Unfortunately our car servicing took from 12/23/25 to today 1/21/26 due to the part needed had to be custom made in Germany. Nothing could be done to prevent that.
