By far the best BMW dealership I have experienced. Jennifer was incredible with my walk-in situation. I was afraid my car was not drivable and she did a preliminary review of my car and allowed me to check my car in for analysis. I had no appoint but I was allowed to leave car there without issue. Expecting the worst with a huge bill and yet …. nope they checked out everything and did some minor oil and filter change. I drove off thinking this was a lucky day.

My service advisor was Connor. I brought in a copy of the extended warranty and he called the warranty company. He explained all the issues with my car, including the parts numbers, and we found everything was covered. He made everything exceptionally easy for me, saving me a lot of time and money. He did a great job and I am totally satisfied.
My service advisor, David Haaf, is alway attentive and informative. I had a few issues to address in addition to the oil service the car was in for. He was extremely helpful in resolving those issues and answering my specific inquiries. His suggestions were extremely helpful. The video tour of the vehicle inspection was appreciated as well.
The service dept did a nice job on my 2016 328i. The detail job was great and Bill my service advisor was very helpful in what I actually needed for the vehicle. I never did get a report from the service department while my car was there but all in all this was a FIVE STAR experience.
