She brought the service manager out and they basically told me to go screw myself. Saying customers usually ask for it. But guess what. Not all customers are the same and have the same wants and needs.
When making my appointment there was NO notice saying my car will receive a wash. When I arrived dropping off my car, Destinee did not mention once anything about a car wash. How was I suppose to know my car would be washed through a tunnel wash? And how was I suppose to know to decline this service?
This is my first time at a dealership getting serviced and Destinee knew because she asked if it was my first time.
Big negligence and incompetence on their part.
Secondly, my alignment still feels off. My steering wheel was to the right when driving straight before and now it’s to the left.
Under law, they aren’t allowed to do any service on cars without customers authorization and I did not authorize a car wash service.
Emailed both the general manager and service manager for compensation to have my car detailed again by my detailer to fix their xxxx up. Service advisor admitted fault for not bringing up the car wash service, ultimately resulting in my paints damage.
They are extremely courteous and pleasant and have everything ready with short wait time and work efficiently

I took my leased BMW in today and they told me today was my last complimentary old change. That is false considering the lease agreement stated for the 3 years it would be covered. I spoke to my salesman he said he remembered and would ffix it... We shall see.

Our new mechanic then proceeded to call BMW of Atlantic City service department to tell them that they could have helped us if they just listened. Then he asked to purchase the replacement part from them, and the service team there told him they would charge him $5000 for a part that costs $900. What a shady business operation! Be advised, if you're going to service your BMW, GO ELSEWHERE!!!

BMW ofA C is a great place to buy and service a car. I purchased two cars there and yesterday I had a flat tire and was given a free tow and free Uber Ride to the dealership. I was given a loaner car to use and picked up the car today after purchasing a new tire at a reasonable price. I did price check the tire and their price was comparable Thank you BMW.
