About This Crafting/Bake Shop

Owners and friends Christina and Lisa came from two different backgrounds: the former, a stay-at-home mom, and the latter, a technical editor. What the two had in common was their love of hobbies. Christina spent years baking and always wanted to open her own shop. Lisa grew up crafting with her mom and started selling her creations through a small online store.

In October 2019, while having coffee, the two were semi-joking about starting a business together. That began to get the wheels turning in their heads, wondering if they could make this dream a reality. They decided to go for it and opened The Crafty Cakery, LLC in spring 2020.

It’s here that you’ll find a sweet selection of desserts, as well as workshops you can attend to unleash your inner artist.

What’s Available in the Bakery?

If you want something small to indulge in, you can visit The Cakery for a cupcake or cookie. The flavors change weekly, so you’ll want to check their social media pages or simply stop by to see what’s available.

You can custom order cookies, cupcakes, and regular cakes, as well. These are great for birthday parties, showers, weddings, or other special events. There are set cake/frosting/filling flavors, as well as seasonal options. Here’s just a sampling of what you could select from for your cake order:

• Cake options: Triple Chocolate, Lemon, Cranberry Orange (seasonal), or Pistachio (specialty)
